Tartu Ülikooli geokogude peavarahoidja Mare Isakar pälvis maineka auhinna

25. aprilli hommikul andis Eesti Vabariigi president Alar Karis üle Tartu Ülikooli loodusmuuseumi ja botaanikaaia esimesed Gottfried Albrecht Germanni märgid.

Eesti vanim muuseum, Tartu Ülikooli loodusmuuseum tähistab sel kevadel 220. aastapäeva. Väärika sünnipäeva puhul loodi esmakordselt välja antav Gottfried Albrecht Germanni märk. Aumärgiga tunnustatakse loodusmuuseumi ja botaanikaaia töötajaid ning isikuid väljastpoolt loodusmuuseumi ja botaanikaaeda, kes on andnud silmapaisva panuse asutuse arengule ja eesmärkide täitmisele. Esimesed märgid pälvisid geoloogiliste kogude peavarahoidja Mare Isakar, aednik Jaan Kotter ja muuseumipedagoog Aivo Tamm. Märgid andis üle Eesti Vabariigi president Alar Karis Tartu Ülikooli loodusmuuseumi seminarialal.
