Physical Properties and Composition of Devonian Carbonate and Siliciclastic Rocks from Estonia

Physical properties of 95 samples of Devonian sedimentary rocks from Estonia were studied together with their composition thin-sections and mineralogy for the first time. Studied rocks were represented by dolomites dolomitic marlstones siliciclastic rocks (sandstones and siltstones) and mixed carbonate -siliciclastic rocks. The purpose of the work was discrimination of the different lithological rock types alternating in stratigraphic sequence by their physical properties.
