Abstrakt
The oil, derived as result of dictyonema shale self-ignition, differs from that produced on semi-coking by the lower content of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic olefins and the considerably higher concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The composition of the oil is influenced not only by the change of the kerogen decomposition mechanism due to low-rate heating and by the effect of mineral matter but also by fractionation of the oil according to the temperature profile of shale dumps.
